The Center for International Legal Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law is pleased to announce the inaugural class of Pitt Law's Global Legal Scholars.
The Global Legal Scholars Program is Pitt Law’s international law honors program for JD students. It is small and highly selective; students are selected after their 1L year for their international interests, aptitude for scholarship, and academic performance. Each Global Legal Scholar undertakes a bespoke educational experience with Pitt Law faculty in addition to their normal JD courses. The annual Global Legal Scholars Conference, organized with Pitt Law’s LLM students, will be held in the Spring of 2025.
The 2024 Global Legal Scholars are Lance Huckabee, Mary Nagel, Celeste Hall, Ryan Walter, Madeline Yingling, and Gabriella Gray.
